This application was born to keep track of Worker's skills so that it is allowing to launch learning courses requests, keep track of the expiration of the courses taken.

This app is helping us defining Training Centers, Training Courses, and in combination with the Basic Worker App, integrates that information to follow each worker skills.

When defining Workplaces, this App is helping us findinf and proposing certain qualified workers to work in those positions where they are needed. This feature could avoid external hiring.
